Board of Directors

  1. Yoshiaki Nakamichi

    CEO

    Yoshiaki Nakamichi

Representative Director and CEO, Wick, Corp.

Founded a game development company while studying at Kyoto University and has since built several businesses in entertainment and digital content. Having seen as a game creator how creators struggle with high fees, he founded Wick, Corp. in 2024 to change that.

He launched Wick, a social-media-integrated platform with no sales commission and around 1.5 million users, and leads the company as Representative Director and CEO. He also developed the patented “mini-window ad”, which shows advertisements while people use other apps and lets them spend the points they earn on manga and on supporting their favorite creators.

In 2026, meeting Nobel Peace Prize laureate Professor Muhammad Yunus led him into social business. At Grameen Wick he oversees the business as CEO and, in partnership with the Grameen Group, works to turn corporate advertising money into a force that supports people’s food, learning and healthcare, aiming for a society in which the circumstances you are born into do not determine your future.

Her publications include Connecting Sustainable Corporate Management and Sustainable Finance (World Scientific, 2026).

At Grameen Wick, as COO she is mainly responsible for the governance framework, stakeholder relations, business strategy formulation and impact management.
